Following the approval of the offer submitted to the customer, 3D solid modeling of the products is made by SolidWorks and Siemens NX and simulated with the NOVACAST. Appropriate gate system design and feeders and types to be used are determined by simulation and the model design is completed. Using the designed model; filling, solidification and flow controls are performed in the simulation program and if the appropriate results are determined, the model manufacturing is started.
